<p>An air conditioner allowing sufficient airflow while achieving improved design. The air conditioner is installed in the upper part of a space to be air conditioned and has a casing (3) and a split decorative panel (4). The casing (3) has an air inlet (34) and an air outlet (35). The split decorative panel (4) has split panels (41) and opening/closing movable mechanism (43) for changing the position of each split panel (41) relative to the air inlet (34). The opening/closing movable mechanism (43) changes over between a state where the split panels (41) are arranged close to each other to block airflow through the air inlet (34) and a state where the split panels (41) are separated from each other to allow airflow through the air inlet (34).</p> |
