A street lamp pole and a manufacturing method thereof for insulating and for preventing advertisement leaflets stuck on the post are provided to fix a protective layer with a street lamp pole integrally without separation and crack by coating a transparent top coat on an acrylic resin. A protective layer is placed on an outer surface of a street lamp pole body. A priming coat made of glass fiber, fabric cloth, and non-woven fabric is bonded to an outer surface of the street lamp pole. An adhesive is coated on the street lamp pole body directly. An acrylic resin is infiltrated between structures of the priming coat by coating the transparent acrylic resin containing stone powder to bond the priming coat integrally. A transparent top coat is coated on the acrylic resin. The protective layer is formed by maintaining the corrugation resulting from the stone powder.
