<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor integrated with an ECU in which the reduction of the number of components, the reduction of the number of assembling processes, and cost reduction can be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: This electric motor is configured to have a control board 40 on which a drive circuit for controlling the supply of drive currents to motor coils is formed, a board holding portion 20 that is formed integrally with a housing 10 structuring a motor casing to hold the control board 40, and coil terminals 16 of the motor coils connected and fixed directly to the control board 40.
