<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupler capable of enhancing resistance to noise without equipping an amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The optical coupler 1 is provided with a detecting capacitance C3 for detecting a noise caused by dV/dt, a rectifying element D1 for negating a noise component superposed at the output terminal by the noise caused by dV/dt based on the detection result when the noise caused by dV/dt detected by the detecting capacitance C3 is an injection-mode noise that injects the current from the detecting capacitance C3, a rectifying element D2 for negating a noise component superposed at the output terminal by the noise caused by dV/dt based on the detection result when the noise caused by dV/dt detected by the detecting capacitance C3 is an extraction-mode noise that extracts the current to the detecting capacitance C3, and a control circuit 13 for selectively operating one of the rectifying elements D1 and D2 depending on the light-emitting state of a light-emitting diode LED1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
