SOLID-STATE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which is improved in mountability and has excellent ESR and ESL characteristics, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises a capacitor element 1 which is such that a dielectric oxide film 5, a solid electrolyte 6, and a negative pole layer 7 are stacked in order on the surface of a positive pole body 2 formed of a valve action metal which is equipped with a positive pole led-out portion 3; a positive pole terminal 8 and a negative pole terminal 9 which are joined to the capacitor element 1 and are extracted immediately below the capacitor element 1; and an outer-packaging resin 10 which covers the capacitor element 1 and covers the positive pole terminal 8 and the negative pole terminal 9 so that they may be exposed on a mounting plane 21. A concave portion 17 is formed in the exposed surface of either the positive pole terminal 8 or negative pole terminal 9 which has a larger area projected on the mounting plane.
