摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge circuit module capable of utilizing stored electric power at high efficiency using approximately a quarter of a full charged voltage of a capacitor module. SOLUTION: A discharge device for capacitor storage type power source, which discharges electricity to a load from a capacitor storage type power source (1) that stores electricity in an electric double-layer capacitor (11), is provided with control circuits (2, 3) that control discharges, a control power supply circuit structured with a main power supply circuit (6) and an auxiliary power supply circuit (5) to supply electric power to the control circuits (2, 3), and a step-up operation control circuit (7) that changes over operations by determining whether the control circuits (2, 3) are operated by only the main power supply circuit (6) or the control circuits (2, 3) are operated by both the main power supply circuit (6) and the auxiliary power supply circuit (5).
