HIGH-STABILITY POWER SUPPLY DEVICE AND HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRONIC TUBE DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve more than usual the stability of a DC output high-voltage of a high-stability power supply device irrespective of a change in circumferential temperature by highly stabilizing an operation frequency of an inverter circuit in a set temperature. SOLUTION: In the high-stability power supply device which comprises: a transformer whose a primary winding is connected to the output side of the inverter circuit; a rectification device connected to a secondary winding of the transformer; and an oscillator which determines a frequency of a drive signal of the inverter circuit, and outputs a high-stability DC voltage, the high-stability power supply device is characterized in that the oscillator and a temperature control circuit which controls a circumferential temperature of the oscillator are accommodated in a single constant-temperature chamber unit, an oscillation frequency of the oscillator is stabilized by adjusting and temperature-controlling the temperature control circuit in the constant-temperature chamber unit, and the frequency of the drive signal of the inverter circuit is highly stabilized.
