PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to replace a discharge needle in a static eliminator and improve maintenance performance of the device. SOLUTION: The static eliminator is used to remove static electricity of a treating object by ionizing the air blown to the charged treating object, and comprises a case body 12 in which a blowing duct 15 to blow the ionized air is installed and a discharge module 27 which is installed on the case body 12 detachably. The discharge module 27 comprises a discharge needle substrate 31 in which a plurality of discharge needles 38 are arranged in straight line form and a front face panel 32 which is mounted on this and installed on the case body 12 detachably, and the discharge module 27 is mounted on the case body 12 by a screw member 36 at the portion of the front face panel 32.
