PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire receiver, for easily notifying a user prior to periodic replacement of a periodic replacement part in the fire receiver. SOLUTION: The fire receiver comprises a timer for counting the use period of the periodic replacement part in the fire receiver. When the use period set in the timer reaches a predetermined time, information for recommending replacement of the periodic replacement part is displayed on a screen, outputted to an acoustic device by sound, and print-outputted to a printer, whereby the arrival of the replacement time is reported.
