PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plinth for an advertising pillar capable of supporting the advertising pillar with good stability. SOLUTION: The plinth 10 for the advertising pillar which supports the advertising pillar 1 constituted to a cylindrical shape in at least a lower part 5 is equipped with a base section on which the advertising pillar 1 is placed, a fixing section 12 which is provided in the base section and faces an inner surface 6 in the lower part of the advertising pillar 1, and a fixing means 91 which fixes the inner surface 6 in the lower part of the advertising pillar 1 and the fixing section 12.
