PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building paying attention to pollen, which compositely takes measures directed toward reduction of pollen allergen causing pollen allergy on an overall building basis, and effectively reduces the pollen allergen in the building. SOLUTION: The building paying attention to pollen functions to prevent the pollen from infiltrating into the building 1 by blowing the pollen adhering to clothes of persons entering the building 1, at a location outside the building, for instance, maintaining the interior of the building 1 at a positive pressure, or separating and removing the pollen in the ambient air taken into the building 1 when ventilation is carried out. Further the pollen whose infiltration into the building 1 cannot be fully prevented, is inactivated by charged water molecules dissipated in the building, and a deactivator coated to or impregnated into a floor surface, for instance.
