PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain wallpaper to be hardly curved and a picture frame to make the whole narrow wall surface width usable. SOLUTION: The wallpaper is obtained by integrating wallpaper cover with a paper-like material. A paper-like material provided with projections is used as the paper-like material so that the rigidity of the wallpaper is increased and the wallpaper is hardly curved. A picture frame composed of a lower picture frame and an upper picture frame is adopted as the picture frame. The picture frame has a constitution that the upper picture frame is openable and closable to the lower picture frame and a constitution that an concave groove arranged on one picture frame is engaged with a projected line formed on the other.
