PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool capable of preventing a crushed deformation of a vertical angle part of a bolt head part or the like, and preventing or suppressing the occurrence of the crack and breakage of the vertical angle part of a storage recessed part of the most thinnest walled part. SOLUTION: In a socket wrench, the bolt head part 14 having a regularly hexagonal outer shape is fitted to the storage recessed part 12 having a corresponding approximately regularly hexagonal inner side surface, and the bolt is fastened or loosened by transmitting a torque to the bolt head part 14. The socket wrench is constituted by two planes 24, 26 connected so that the inner side surface between two mutually adjacent vertical angle parts 20 of the storage recessed part 12 projects toward the center C side of the storage recessed part 12 in an approximately dog-leg shape.
