PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sitting straight, which enhances cenesthetic stability of a seat portion and reduces load to a human body and is used as furniture in a Japanese style room, a studying room or a reading room of a house for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The device 1 includes a seat portion having a three-dimensional seat face which has a vertical crosssection of double-concaved shape corresponding to the double convex crosssectional shape of the buttocks and thighs of the human body when sitting straight and maximizes the dispersion of the body pressure when sitting, and a leg portion 4 having right and left width smaller than that of the seat portion and a predetermined height and connected on the lower side the seat portion. Further, right and left second legs and feet are received respectively in spaces divided by a lower face of the seat portion and the right and left side faces of the leg portion 4.
