The invention relates to a drawer guide rail (3) comprising a support rail (3a) that can be fixed to a furniture body (1) and a runner (3b) that can be connected to said drawer (2). According to the invention, the support rail (3a) can be fixed to a furniture body (1) so that it can pivot about a horizontal axis (4) and is supported on or connected to a height-adjustment unit (5) at a distance from said axis (4), the height-adjustment unit allowing the support rail (3a) and therefore also the entire guide rail (3) to be tilted into an oblique position, inclining downwards towards the front face of the body (1a). The drawer can be opened or closed automatically as a result of the tilting of the drawer guide rail.
