<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform an owner about the position of a vehicle when the vehicle in a parking lot, in a garage or on a road is taken away from the spot. <P>SOLUTION: When a criminal steals the vehicle and starts to drive the vehicle, the circuit power source of the device of this system is turned ON, and radio waves capable of specifying the stolen vehicle from a radio wave transmitter included in the device are transmitted from an antenna attached to the vehicle.
