PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack diagnosis device capable of diagnosing an abnormality of a battery pack based on information on battery using state and battery using history stored in the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack diagnosis device comprises a charger 2 for charging a detachable battery pack 1, and a personal computer 3 connected to the charger 2 through a communication line 4. The information showing the battery using state and battery using history stored in a battery control section of the detachable battery pack 1 is displayed on the display screen of the personal computer 3 and/or a diagnostic result of the detachable battery pack 1 obtained by analyzing the information showing the battery using state and battery using history is displayed.
