PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized positive-negative switching power supply apparatus with little power losses, and with shorter positive-negative polarity switching time. SOLUTION: In a positive-negative switching power supply apparatus capable of supplying positive-negative voltages to loads through switching, a first constant voltage circuit connected in series with an output terminal of a first transformer and a first rectifying means, and a second constant voltage circuit connected in series with an output terminal of a second transformer and a second rectifying means, are connected in series so as to block the inflow of currents from an operating transformer to the other transformer out of a first and a second transformers.
