PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a computer execution method to refine a location of a device. SOLUTION: A mobile device (204) may be located through an application programming interface (API)(222). The location of the device may be refined using a fuzzy logic. Any incorrect entry (702) is progressed to determine a particular dimension in a rule base (706). Rules in the rule base are applied based on the dimension, and creates a logical operation output used for calculating a correct location. In addition, user profile information in an external database may enable the location. User profile information for extracting property from a database, foreign key, location information, data source information, and a schema definition with SQL statements are stored in the database, and access to the stored information is provided.
