PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a rack which can choose various methods in the case that an aperture prepared in a ceiling board with the same member is used as an input-output line aperture, that natural ventilation is carried out, and that forced ventilation is carried out, etc. SOLUTION: An aperture 7 is prepared in the approximate center of a ceiling board 2, a heat dissipation opening 8 is prepared in the back side of the ceiling board, the ceiling board can be covered by a cover 9, to the portion of the cover facing to the aperture, punching processing is applied, while the portion facing the heat dissipation opening is made to be capable of heat dissipation by slit processing etc., the opposite side is provided with a notch 11, when the cover is attached with its slit portion being faced to the heat dissipation opening, the heat dissipation opening can be used for heat dissipation, moreover, when the notch is attached so as to face the heat dissipation opening, the heat dissipation opening becomes usable as an opening for passing wires through.
