PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove shortcomings in a well-known apparatus by improving a connector for electrical plug connection in a form, where a contact support comprising upper and lower parts is provided, the upper and lower parts have mutually matching plug chambers, the plug chamber at the lower part has an electrical contact for forming contact with an electrical contact penetrating the plug chamber at the upper part in a corresponding connector, and further a mat seal for sealing the plug chamber and a pressure plate for applying pressure to the mat seal are provided. SOLUTION: The mat seal 5 is arranged between the upper part 2 and the lower part 3 of the contact support 4, and the pressure plate is integrated into the upper part 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
