PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bending and axial backlash caused by the deformation of a trip bar in load application. SOLUTION: The trip bar 16 is engaged with an open close mechanism rotatably in a double-sided manner by a pin 15 to penetrate a pair of side plates 14, cylindrical auxiliary rotary axes 25a, 25b are installed at the trip bar 16 separated from the open close mechanism on the same axis as the rotary axis of the trip bar 16, and auxiliary axis bearings 26a, 26b to support the auxiliary rotary axes 25a, 25b, respectively, rotatably are installed at the case 1.
