PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition excellent in sliding property, transparency, and impact resistance, and further excellent in heat resistance stability, and a film consisting of it. SOLUTION: This propylene resin composition contains 75-95 wt.% polypropylene resin (A) mentioned below and 5-25 wt.% ethylene/butene-1 copolymer (B), and this film consists of the resin. The polypropylene resin (A) is a polymer mainly comprising a propylene-derived structure and contains a propylene polymer (A-1) having a melting point of 138-150°C, and 0.01-0.05 pt.wt. benzofuran compound (A-2) represented by a specific formula, 0.05-0.30 pt.wt. phosphorus-type antioxidant (A-3), and 0-0.03 parts by weight phenol-type antioxidant (A-4) to 100 pts.wt. propylene polymer (A-1).
