PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive film for absorbing near-infrared rays, having a reduced weight obtained by thinning the thickness of the whole optical filter by reducing a transparent base material film, and providing a clearer image by reducing reflection caused at the interface of the base material film. SOLUTION: Adhesive layers 3 and 5 and separation films 2 and 7 comprising a transparent resin are laminated in order on both sides of a transparent resin layer 4 in which a near infrared-absorbing pigment is dispersed. The near infrared-absorbing pigment comprises two kinds of a near infrared-absorbing pigment for a long wave length and a near infrared-absorbing pigment for a short wave length, each having the maximum value of absorbance in different wave length regions in the absorbing wave length range of from 850 nm to 1,100 nm. Preferably, the pigment for the long wave length is one or more kinds of pigments selected from diimmonium salt-based compounds, and the pigment for the short wave length is one or more kinds of pigments selected from a phthalocyanine-based compound, a cyanine-based compound and a thiol-nickel complex-based compound.
