PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sloughing, scuffing or the like even in a yarn feed bobbin for various yarn number counts such as thin yarn number count and kinds of yarn. SOLUTION: The automatic winder for unwinding the yarn Y from the yarn feed bobbin 3 and re-winding it on a package 4 is provided with a rotation drive means 2 for rotating/driving the yarn feed bobbin 3 in the unwinding direction of the yarn making an axis C as a center and positively unwinding the yarn Y.
