PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power tool device having high operativity with a machine performance and service life similar to or higher than those of a conventional power tool device. SOLUTION: The power tool device 10 includes a motor 12 serving as a driving source, a power transmission mechanism 20 for transmitting driving force from the motor 12 to a tool, and a housing 30 for constituting an enclosure of the device. The housing 30 is constituted of a housing body 31 including a tool mounting means 25 on a front part and storing the mechanism 20 inside and a housing holding part 32 provided to extend downwardly from the housing body 31, held by an operator and storing the motor 12 inside. The power tool device 10 is equipped with an output shaft 13 of the motor 12 and a power transfer shaft 21 of the mechanism 20 via an angle.
