PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device which facilitates the decision of a target position and the stopping of a crane in a fixed target position, and a game system. SOLUTION: The game device has a prize storage section in which prizes are stored, a positional information generation means to generate positional information to specify a prescribed position in a virtual plane separated from the prize storage section in response to a plane movement signal input from a mouse, a movement means to move an operating section capable of making prescribed actions to prizes stored in the prize storage section at least along the virtual plane on the basis of the positional information, an imaging means fixedly arranged oppositely to the prize storage section, interposed by the virtual plane, and to image the prize storage section through the virtual plane, and a display means to display a combination image which keeps a prize storage section image aquired by imaging with the imaging means overlaid with a mouse pointer indicating the prescribed position.
