PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and safely wind a mulch film on a drum so as to smoothly recover the wound mulch film. SOLUTION: A device 28 for stripping and recovering the multi film laid on the farm field when a tubers/roots-harvesting machine 1 performs harvesting operation, is freely detachably provided on the front part of the tubers/roots-harvesting machine 1. The mulch film-recovering device 28 has a winding drum 30 rotating by receiving power from a main body of the tubers/roots-harvesting machine 1 or from an independent motor 32 to strip and recover a mulch film F. A winding drum 30, a guide rod 38 guiding the stripped mulch film F and a crank swinging mechanism 36 swinging the mulch film F to be stripped and wound on the winding drum 30 are equipped. At a rotating part of the winding drum 30, a clutch 34 for shutting off power when overloaded is provided.
