PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom-bed cultivation method capable of surely developing one high-quality fruit body of a given size from a single mushroom bed, and to provide a method and an apparatus for producing mushroom beds. SOLUTION: The mushroom-bed cultivation method comprises the following practice: A growing panel member 6 with air permeability kept in between a pair of upper and lower plate-like forms is arranged proximally under a stationary framework having multiple mushroom bed molds. The mushroom bed molds are packed with a mushroom bed material respectively. The mushroom bed material thus packed in each of the molds is pressed from above and shaped into a plate form with a necessary thickness, and the resulting plate-like and small-sized molded mushroom bed FM is pressed from above and extruded on the growing panel member 6 and then cultured on the growing panel member 6 until harvesting the objective fruit body.
