<p>An AV system is a system in which a display device is connected through a digital interface to a plurality of AV devices having a plurality of AV functions. The AV system acquires information about types of the AV devices and the input and output of video and audio signals through the digital interface, displays a connection state diagram showing the flows of the video and audio signals and the icons of the AV devices on the display device, and enables the AV devices to be operated from the connection state diagram. According to this AV system, the video and audio flows and the interconnections among the AV devices can be intuitively understood and the devices can be easily operated on the monitor screen.</p> |
