<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-roller pressing method for producing a metal-foiled laminated board of polyimide at a low production cost, which is capable of avoiding sticking a thermoplastic polyimide film to the surface of a hot roller. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of bonding the 1st metal foil 302 to the 1st surface of a thermoplastic polyimide film 304 narrower than the metal foil, the step of bonding the 2nd metal foil, the step of bonding the 2nd metal foil 306 to the 2nd surface of the thermoplastic polyimide film narrower than the metal foil, and the step of pressing the above 1st metal foil, the above thermoplastic polyimide film and the above 2nd metal foil by a heat roller to form the both metal-foiled laminated board of polyimide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
