<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job completion notifying device that can provide the notification of the completion of a job at appropriate timing. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a job recorded in an image forming apparatus is completed (S103). When determined as "YES", it is determined whether an uncompleted job of the same user for a completed job is present in the queue of jobs (S107). When determined as "YES", it is determined not to provide notification (S109). When determined as "NO", it is determined to provide the notification (S105).
