PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic atomizer capable of efficiently atomizing a solution to a mist by effectively utilizing heat generation of a high frequency power source for driving an ultrasonic vibrator and further efficiently cooling the high frequency power source by cooling the high frequency power source by the solution. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic atomizer for the solution is provided with a casing 49 in which an ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 fed with the solution is provided at the inside, the ultrasonic vibrator 2 provided on the casing 49 and ultrasonic-vibrating the solution, and the high frequency power source 3 for feeding the high frequency power to the ultrasonic vibrator 2. The high frequency power is fed from the high frequency power source 3 to the ultrasonic vibrator 2 and the solution was ultrasonic-vibrated by the ultrasonic vibrator 2 to atomize the solution to the mist in a gas. The high frequency power source 3 is provided with an integrated circuit 50 having a heat release part 51 for cooling. In the ultrasonic atomizer, the heat release part 51 of the integrated circuit 50 is connected to the casing 49 of the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 in the thermal bonding state and heat generation of the integrated circuit 50 is transmitted to the casing 49 of the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 through the heat release part 51.
