PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylenic resin injection expansion molded product having excellent lightweight properties because thin-wall injection filling can be carried out and the expansion ratio is high and having good balance of rigidity and impact resistance, and provide a method for inexpensively producing the product. SOLUTION: The injection expansion molded product is obtained by feeding a modified polypropylenic resin exhibiting≥10 g/10 min to <50 g/10 min melt flow rate,≥2 cN melt tension and strain hardening properties and an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer containing an ethylene-propylene copolymer, using a polypropylenic resin as a matrix and having≥0.2 g/10 min to≤30 g/10 min melt flow rate and≥10 to≤500 MPa flexural modulus and a foaming agent to an injection molding machine, injecting the resultant mixture of the resin, the elastomer and the foaming agent into a mold and carrying out expansion molding. The dispersion particle diameter of the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer in the injection expansion molded product is≥0.1 to≤2μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
