PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which is used for oil ballpoint pens, comprises at least a colorant and a water-soluble polymer resin, and has good temporal stability. SOLUTION: This ink composition for oil ballpoint pens, comprising at least a colorant, a solvent, and a water-soluble polymer resin, is characterized in that the solvent comprises an oil-soluble organic solvent and a plasticizer soluble in the oil-soluble organic solvent.
