PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately notify the position information of a receiving side portable telephone set set in a drive mode with a relatively simple configuration regardless of the type of a telephone set of the other party. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set 1 set in a drive mode determines whether to add position information to an incoming response signal 2a and transmit the incoming response signal 2a when receiving an incoming telephone call from a transmitting side telephone set 5 by an incoming notification signal 1a from a base station 2, sets preliminarily acquired position information in the case of adding the position information and sets NULL and transmits the incoming response signal 2a in the case of not adding the position information. A network/service center 3 notifies the transmitting side telephone set 5 that the portable telephone set 1 can not answer because of being in a drive mode and of the position information when the position information is added to the incoming response signal 2a received from the portable telephone set 1, and notifies to the transmitting side telephone set 5 only that the portable telephone set 1 can not answer because of being in a drive mode when the NULL is set.
