PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit which can raise a slew rate suppressing increase of consumption power. SOLUTION: The apparatus has an auxiliary circuit 11 which is connected to an output end (B) of a differential amplifier 12, and simultaneously receives inverted input voltage Vin- of the differential amplifier 12 and a non-inverted input voltage Vin+. The auxiliary circuit 11 has large output impedance in a regular condition in which difference of the inverted input voltage Vin- and the non-inverted input voltage Vin+ of the differential amplifier are substantially equal. If difference of the inverted input voltage Vin- and the non-inverted input voltage Vin+ becomes large, the auxiliary circuit 11 transceives a current with the output end (B) of the differential amplifier 12 to a direction to expedite transition of output voltage of the differential amplifier 12.
