PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and economically manufacture a surface-mounting overcurrent protection device capable of reset. SOLUTION: A terminal electrode of a surface-mounting overcurrent protection device capable of reset is provided with a material substrate having two edges on which a patterned metal foil is formed on each surface; insulation layer surrounding the material substrate where a truncation of the patterned metal foil is exposed on two edges of the material substrate; and two terminal electrodes configured on both edges of the material substrate which surrounds the insulation layer and truncation of the patterned conductive metal foil exposed on two edges of the material substrate, and has five conductive surfaces for electrically connecting to the exposed and patterned conductive metal foil, respectively.
