PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electronic device capable of suppressing cracks to be generated in transfer, improving durability against the bending stress of the device to be acquired, and having excellent indication quality and electric characteristics. SOLUTION: This flexible electronic device is provided with a substrate having flexibility, a thin film element layer including a semiconductor layer, an insulating layer, and a conductive layer on the substrate.
