ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL, ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR FILM, ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND ORGANIC THIN-FILM TRANSISTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor film exhibiting high carrier mobility having a high ON/OFF ratio, and further having high durability (improvement in oxidation stability and secular change stability) by using an organic semiconductor material obtained by molecular design of an organic semiconductor material useful for purpose of a thin-film transistor; and to provide an organic semiconductor device and an organic thin-film transistor. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material contains a composition having a partial structure in which two or more aromatic rings are directly or indirectly coupled with conjugate, or a partial structure in which two or aromatic rings are condensed. In the material, the composition has at least one substituent represented by a formula (a). In the formula, a symbol * denotes a coupling portion with the aromatic rings, and R1and R2each denote an hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a substituent thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
