PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control supply of liquefied gas, by using vapor pressure, by generating vapor of the liquefied gas in a vessel separate from a storage tank. SOLUTION: The liquified gas 2 from the storage tank 1 is filled in a delivery vessel 7 and a vapor generating vessel 13, and the liquified gas 2 in the vapor generating vessel 13 is heated by a heating pipe 24 of a heat pump 22 in a state of closing valves 6, 9, 11, 15 and 19, and the vapor of the liquefied gas 2 is generated in this vessel 13. The vapor in the vapor generating vessel 13 is sent out into the delivery vessel 7 via a sending-out pipe 18 by opening the valve 19 in this state. Simultaneously with this operation, the liquefied gas 2 in the delivery vessel 7 is delivered to a domestic or on-vehicle liquefied gas vessel from a transfer filling hose 21, by using pressure of the vapor, by opening a supply-discharge valve 9 and a supply valve 20.
