PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a plug for closing a fluid passage always having an elastic force and capable of sealing airtight the fluid passage for a fluid having a wide temperature range flowing in the fluid passage of a fluid device. SOLUTION: The opening of the fluid passage 2 formed in the fluid device 1 to the outside is closed by the plug 3 for closing. The plug 3 is detachably screwed with the fluid passage 2, and double-sealed airtight from the fluid passage 2 by a first seal ring 4 and a second seal ring 5. The first seal ring is made of a nitrile rubber having a sealability in temperatures ranging from an extremely low temperature to an intermediate temperature.
