PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of separating a diluted fuel from an oil while ensuring the excellent emission characteristic when oil dilution occurs. SOLUTION: When it is determined that oil dilution occurs, the rise of oil is generated by the in-cylinder negative pressure generated by delaying and/or advancing an intake valve, and a fuel is evaporated from the oil diluted with the fuel (Step 106).
