PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of the torque output from an internal combustion engine with a turbocharger. SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine with a turbocharger has a plurality of cylinders #1-#4, and an inlet part of an exhaust turbine 12 of the turbocharger is directly fitted to a cylinder head 1. In a cylinder head structure of the internal combustion engine with the turbocharger in which the length of exhaust ports 14-19 from each cylinder to the inlet part of the exhaust turbine is different for each cylinder, the sectional area of the exhaust port extending from each cylinder opened in the inlet part of the exhaust turbine is determined so that the back pressure for each cylinder is substantially equal for each cylinder.
