PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilation structure in which an underfloor ventilating opening is provided between a top surface section of a foundation and a lower end of an exterior wall, which enables effective underfloor ventilation even if an undersurface of a floor-side heat insulating material is protruded downward in such a manner as to exceed the level of the top surface section of the foundation, and which also enables an exterior wall-side heat insulating material and the floor-side heat insulating material to continue into each other. SOLUTION: An L-shaped ventilation guide 8, which is provided in the underfloor ventilation structure, comprises a horizontal part 8a which is arranged along the top surface section 1 of the foundation, and a vertical part 8b which is arranged along an underfloor-side lateral surface part on the top surface side of the foundation. The ventilation guide 8 makes the underfloor ventilating opening 4 and an underfloor space section 9 communicate with each other. A heat insulating material 10, which makes the exterior wall-side heat insulating material 11 and the floor-side heat insulating material 7 continue into each other, is provided on the upside of the horizontal part 8a of the ventilation guide 8.
