PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing material for an outside section capable of preventing a reflection to the building side in the first place, and to prevent the reflection to the building side in the second place. SOLUTION: In a balcony-floor finishing material 25, a large number of triangular chevron-shaped sectional continuous projecting sections 26 are formed on the surface of the floor finishing material 25. That is, each projecting section 26 is arranged and formed in a striped shape. In the projecting sections 26, two inclined planes 27 and 28 on the surface side are formed in an asymmetrical surface respectively, the inclined planes 27 on the left side in Fig. have comparatively gentle inclinations and the inclined planes 28 on the right side in Fig. have comparatively steep inclinations. The inclined planes 27 are formed in solar-ray reflecting surfaces reflecting incident solar rays to the same incident side or the side just above the floor finishing material.
