PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of production, efficiently obtaining organic pigment fine particles having an extremely small particle diameter, a high mono-dispersing property and a good solvent dispersing property by a build-up method, the organic pigment fine particles obtained by the method and further dispersion obtained by dispersing the organic pigment fine particles in an organic solvent stably. SOLUTION: This method for producing the organic pigment fine particles is provided by introducing an organic solvent solution of an organic pigment dissolvable material which is dissolvable with an organic solvent, into a flow type reaction device, and converting the organic pigment dissolvable material into the organic pigment during the flow process.
