PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PAI-1 (plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1) depressant comprising diacylglycerol as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 depressant comprises a fat and oil composition as an active ingredient, which composition comprises≥35 wt.% diacylglycerol and≥0.05 wt.% plant sterol. By taking diacylglycerol as a daily edible fat and oil, PAI-1 activity in blood can be decreased, so prevention of thrombosis formation is enabled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
