PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made bag body capable of maintaining a bag mouth in an open state by a resin-made shape-keeping member. SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin-made bag body 1A with right and left sides of surface and back barrel part films 1a and 1b being subjected to side seals 2, a resin-made shape-keeping small piece 6 is fused or stuck to the surface and back barrel part films 1a and 1b across the side seals 2 on both inner surfaces in a vicinity of a bag body opening part 4 to maintain the bag mouth in an open state by the shape-keeping small piece 6. Further, the resin-made shape-keeping small piece 6 is fused or stuck to an inner surface of a transverse gusset 8 in a vicinity of the opening part 4 of the bag body across a folding line, and the bag mouth is maintained in an open state by the shape-keeping small piece 6.
