The method involves diverting a call to a fixed line depending on if a received call is found within the range of certain Bluetooth device. In case of not being within this range, the calls are received directly in the mobile terminal, through the management and control of the call by the node of intelligent network. The method is configured in a resident application in the mobile terminal.
